We at Alliance Transfer Service recognise the value of a trustworthy home-to-school transportation service. We work with multiple local councils and schools and offer safe and reliable student travel services. Our Home to School Transport service ensures that students can get to school safely and on time, with a range of transport options tailored to their needs.
Alliance Transfer Service is currently recruiting for a professional Passenger Assistant to work with us between 10-25 hours per week. £12.21 per hour will be paid for the passenger assistant role.
Work will be based in and around Doncaster area and the successful applicant will ideally live close to Doncaster city centre or be able to travel to the city centre for work on a daily basis, some transport costs may be met. A full enhanced DBS is required for successful applicants.
PASSENGER ASSISTANT ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To collect children from home and take them to school in the morning. To collect children from school or college in the afternoon and take them home.
Passenger assistants make sure that each child safely boards the vehicle, (e.g taxi) and is secured before travelling.
Passenger assistants are responsible for the care and supervision of children and young people with additional needs while travelling to and from school or college.
To maintain good customer relations with parents and schools and contribute to a good atmosphere in the car.
